Introduction to the area of research, its objectives, and its necessity:

The statistical learning core will typically be involved in two areas: research and service. More precisely, the research area will involve contracting for internal or external research projects as well as publishing publications in scholarly journals. The goal of creating the nucleus is to conduct future research in the specialized fields of statistics in a data-oriented manner or in the field of statistical learning, which is the foundation of machine learning, in accordance with the change in the mission of the statistics department in the Faculty of Intelligent Systems Engineering and Data Science.

The establishment of a statistical consulting center to offer statistical services inside or outside the institution is the objective in the services area.

Generally speaking, the goal of opening a counseling center is as follows:

1. Giving Persian Gulf University statistics graduate students the tools they need to communicate with researchers, offer consulting services, and examine statistical data
2. Growing collaboration between statisticians and researchers from many disciplines
3. Improving the standard of statistical applications in research, particularly in graduate-level theses and dissertations at Persian Gulf University.
4. Operating as a specialized center at the Persian Gulf University and focusing on providing applicants with statistical guidance

5. Promotion of research and educational initiatives aimed at addressing social issues and statistical issues
6. Raising awareness of statistical expertise's potential and advantages
7. Increasing qualitative and quantitative interaction between the university and the industry.

The consulting office offers the following three major groups of services:

1. Consulting: offering candidates in-person consulting services to help them solve the necessary statistical problems, identify the best methods, statistical analysis, plan how to gather data, use the proper software packages, and assist in interpreting the outcomes.
2. Collaboration: offering specialist statistical and project-monitoring services.

3. Education: providing candidates with specific instruction
